If you have an issue or query regarding your order, please contact us, and a member of our team will either assist in resolving your problem or provide further details on how to return the item.
Unwanted orders can be returned to us within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the original condition.
- You must notify us within 14 days of purchase that you wish to return an item.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for e-liquids, or disposable products that have been opened, unless faulty
If you have received an item you believe to be faulty please use the contact form. A team member will help resolve the problem or supply you with the necessary returns forms.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless otherwise stated. We recommend that you use a tracked service, and if the item is over the value of £40 to use an insured service. We cannot be held liable for any returns that have been lost in transit.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit usually within 3-5 workings days.
